Happiness is a Luxury

Now I'm assigned in the afternoon shift 2 p.m.-10 p.m. I use to love this shift since I don't have to wake up early in the morning but right now I realized this is definitely a crappy shift. I can't go to malls after work since its already ten pm and stores are already closed. To think I REALLY need to go the mall because I NEED to buy something. Going out during break time doesn't do justice.

I got the whole month with this schedule which sucks! The good thing though is I got better schedule with my pilates. I got the hardcore trainers which I definitely need since I have been gaining pounds lately. I cannot understand why because I have my pilates thrice a week, I have started to eat less compared to the holiday season. My father is suggesting that I take CMD thing...hope it will work.

I have not been blogging lately because of my new shift adjustment. I wake up early I try to blog but my mind is blank. I cannot also blog in the office because I have been working on several flash animations lately. I also learned that I got several tasks from my client which he sent directly to my e-mail instead of using the PMS. Somehow I'm excited to work with building a new web site. Hope my crappy HMTL and CSS knowledge would suffice.

I am happy that I can finally have my paypal verified. I have applied an EON unionbank card. Hopefully this will go well and I will finally get what I earned from blogging. I am also happy that somehow my google page rank is 3/10. It is still crap but its not zero! When I also tried to see what my blog is worth it's not zero unlike the first i tried it. You can see it at the left section of my blog.

I have been so lax lately with everything. I have been preoccupied with a boy. Which is good and bad. . .

My mother is super paranoid with me again since she knows I'm clearly dating again (unlike before when I felt like I had a ghost boyfriend). I have been trying to tone down my hanging out with Uly but...what can you do when your in love! Nyahahahaha.

Anyways this is bad. I have not FINISHED my personal project and I have not worked on my art blog. I have not worked on anything related to art. I also misplaced my super sampler which why I am very upset. I have not developed my Diana pictures. I must really pull myself together. It's already February!

Last year I have been working on a personal art project. I called it Project 25 since its 25 artworks representing 25 years of my life. I used different mediums. It's not yet finished. I am still working on the last chapter. I post it here when I finally finish it.

With no task and nothing else to do I made updates of my accounts in

With two months till the end of the year I must finish the following

1. Update my resume and portfolio

even though I am not planning of applying somewhere else one must still be ready when the need arises!

2. Make a storyboard and a working schedule for my 3d project

this is long over due but better late that never


3. Have a Plan A Plan B...Plan N for the my next year

One should not be comfortable and contented in order to attain more in life

A friend of mine said to me that I must focus on one thing first before I move to another one. I know I have learned all this disciplines and not really mastered one but I am still trying out everything so that I will know what would suit me.

Basic HTML and CSS
I am not really good at it yet...It's really a challenge for me! I want to give up any second but graphic artists today need to be knowledgeable in web
Photography
It's been a while since i dappled with this but I find it useful to integrate in my art. I'm not planning on making a living out of it.
Photo Manipulation
Im not a beginner but I am not also an expert. This is very useful for me though.
Vector Art
I find this art form very interesting. I 'm planning to integrate with other discipline
Layout
I do this for a living. Wish I could do more creative layouts
Fashion Design
its a hobby
Traditional arts (painting, drawing, etc.)
I can never let go of this. Even though digital is in demand but still Old school is better!
3d
This is very hard to master but I think the results are worth it
Motion Graphics
This is what I really want to do but with every thing I can not focus on this

I want to create a distinct style or art form that when one can easily identify. That is why I'm trying to learn everything to create something new! (ambisyosa!)

Lately I have abandoned a couple of things so that I could focus more on my art.

I have stopped watching tv
seldom use my phone ( i text when i really really need to)
I don't use my watch so i don't have a sense of time
i don't go except when i buy for supplies

I do read more I am halfway through Mortal love, a few chapters of Beloved, a couple of pages of Witch of Portobello and track 1 of the Kafka on the shore audio book. I know you are wondering how i keep up with all the stories i been reading...i also don't how I do it.

I am also watching any dvd i lay my hands on. I am watching House season 2. I had just watched Disturbia, the number 23 and 1408.

I really want to be inspired... for me creativity is lazy when inspiration is not around.

I am relearning my water color skills. Ever since I started taking art lessons I really want to master water color. With all the digital art stuff i have been doing somehow i have forgotten the basics. So I am back to my roots. I have found note worthy water color artists in deviantart

Well last thing on my agenda is my growing addiction to blogging. I want to make my own art blog. I am tried of the cliche i have been writing in my personal blog so I want to blog something that really matters. Well Art does matter in my life!

With so much plans I wish I will stop my useless emo shit!!!
