New Year's Resolution No. 1 Diet!

Posted by miles0282 at 5:02 PM

It's a new year. We all have our own set of new Resolutions. We all want to start our new year right. I used to make very materialistic new resolutions focusing more one what I should have by the end of the year. When You became older your resolutions are more focused on one's personal well being. Every year I always say to myself I should have a more positive outlook in life. As I have gone through many phases in trying out to have a more happier deposition in life. I learned the best way to fight depression in exercise.

That is when I started to be conscious of my body fitness. I used to be thin and I did not worry about my weight. At that time my eating habits was very unhealthy. When finally my eating habit became normal I also started to gain weight. Both of my parents are Diabetic. SO I MUST really watch my health.

After indulging in Holiday festivities I have definitely gained weight. Starting my new year right I went to formulate a plan action to shed off my holiday bulge. First I should have a diet plan and a new exercise schedule. I am planning to do my pilates thrice a week. But I think I should double my efforts in my dieting. There are lots of weight loss program out there. After surfing though the net I came upon a new kind of diet called Magnetic Diet.

What attracted me to this diet it that it didn't say that you require to take pills, buy lots of exercise equipment, and you don't have to starve yourself! This is definitely is very promising. It involves craving control, meditation, visualization and the law of attraction, exercises, how to boost metabolism , and food magnetism.

I'm trying out the free mini course and maybe this could help me obtain my number one new year's resolution!
