Written Word This year is definitely a big turning point in my life. Applied for a master's degree Resigned from work My parent's silver wedding anniversay Came back to Davao Failed the masteral application Started pilates Tried finding new work Hubport found me Started working Meet new friends Broke a promise Lost a friend Pierced my nose Got my heart broken Celebrated my birthday Trying to pick up the pieces Didn't lose hope Started again
My life depends on ink and paper
in an instant my hopes and dreams could waiver
I try to see myself through black and white
a colored painting in a room with no light
Everything ends with a yes or a no
I must stop fighting and just go with the flow
Confessed my sins and cleaned my slate
I must learn to be contended and just wait.

With no tasks at hand. I went to answer surveys well as usual shopping matters.
When your young and single, its always a dream to have a place of your own. Apparently my parents are still very protective of me and I still don't earn that much so I still live with my parents. But that doesn't mean I cannot dream a place of my own. With lots of spare time I surfed through the net looking for stuff I could place in my "dream place". I stumbled into a very simple but very informative site about furniture.
My imagination went wild with their wide collections of bed . For my My bed should be perfect since I love sleeping and just lounging around my bed. If I have my own bed room. I would have a nice big bed. The colors of my bedroom would be just black and white. Very minimal but its easier to accent with a dash of color. Another very important furniture would be the sofa. I admit I love staying at home, sit on a comfy sofa and read a good book. I love the white colored ones but I think its very hard to keep. If ever I will buy one I will choose the chocolate brown ones.
Lastly with all my day dreaming. I couldn't help myself from acting like a little girl and dreaming of my bed room. bed kid

The birthday celebration finally over. I'm back to my normal self(well it depends though on what is your definition of normal). I got rid of my salmon colored nails and painted it light blue.
It's Monday back to work again(if you call going to the office surfing the net work [i am not lazy I just don't have tasks yet]). It was a very interesting week. Almost everyday the past week everyone at the office kept on greeting me happy birthday. I really did not want to celebrate my birthday since I have been in the dumps lately (and some people think it's karma). I even wanted to skip work that day. I guess I was on the road to feeling ok again (maybe the chocolates worked). I went to work. Brought siopao. I had dinner with K. Treated K's friends with coffee. Went to the beach with officemates.
My spirits were soaring Saturday night and my worries seems miles away when someone had to pop my bubble. When everything seems ok I cried myself to sleep. I still awful about my predicament with a long lost friend. I know we are ok...I don't even know if ever we will be okay again. I do pray for her. May she find inner happiness.
Sunday, I had lomo pictures developed and watched the Golden Compass with my sister. The place where i had my pictures printed thought that was something wrong with their printer! I found it funny but I got irritated though with saleslady. They didn't get to print everything (it was underexposed, I'm still experimenting on the lighting conditions) but 19 prints is already very good. Half of what I took but thats ok.
These week I will finally get my computer upgraded. Hopefully I will have progress on my Project 25. I will also take more lomo pictures. This time ill be very mindful of my lighting.
So far my Monday is good.
*i had two offers to work abroad. One for Qatar and the other Brunei. I'm turning down those offers because 1. the salary is really not that high enough and 2. the salary offer is STILL not high enough..hehehe NO DEAL! :P
its Christmas and one has to earn something.

I woke up at 6:40 am and my work is at 7 am so obviously I was sooo late. I hurriedly look for something decent to wear. It's my birthday and I should look cute! hehehehe I had no new wardrobe so I ransacked my sister's closet. When I was finally ready for work the revo won't start it had to be manually be pushed in order to start.
What a nice day to start my birthday!
That did not stop there. Since I had no task that day. I was the one who gave the test for the try outs. hehehe It's was so embarrassing. I did know where run is start menu of vista! I wanted to access dc1 and I did not know how. I had to ask JP help me out. I handled two try outs when I got to the other one, I could not access the file in dc1 and again I had to ask Jp to help me...paka ulaw!
Lunch time came and I was shocked. My brought lunch and I discover that it sucked. It was dry luncheon meat and no ketchup!
Later I asked my Father to send 100 pieces of siopao for the snacks. Everyone was very happy.
After work I still had my pilates. I didn't have any specific plans or whatever. K did not text also so I decided to go home. When I was already in the Jeep I received a text from K I was! I had to go down the jeep and wait for him at the NCCC mall. We had dinner at Dusk till Dawn. I loved the native chicken bar-b-que. After that we went to the Studio and dragged Mark, Bagsy and even Rudolph to have coffee.
I saw a hs classmates and I saw she was with her girl friends. I on the other had with guys with long hair and goaties. hehehe But I like my company. hehehe Quirky artsy fartsy people.
I have no picture of my-coffee-party-talking-about-inday-stupidahan-foolan-and-foolishan hang out with them so I decided to steal their pictures and shamelessly blogged their multiply acounts.

Since I still don't have tasks I'm inspired to do some web template design for my future art blog. Lately I'm addicted to Web 2.o style of web templates. I designed something for hubportinteractive site (I don't know if they will really use it though) with Web 2.0 in mind. After that I'm addicted to Web 2.0! This one is not yet finished though.

As the clock stuck twelve another day is over and I am a year older. A lot has happened this year. I have lost and gained friendships. I left Manila but I returned home. I made mistakes but I also learned a lot. I did not pass my Masteral application but I right now I am making my own plans. I don't have a high paying job but I have coworkers that I have grown to love.
This will be another new beginning for me.
